National Cancer Survivors Day is a day recognized and celebrated worldwide for more than 36 years. The Shujaa Cancer Foundation in collaboration with the Ocean Road Cancer Institute has been celebrating this day by recognizing and celebrating it by organizing various events including charity walk, and this year being the third year.
The main purpose of this Festival is to bring cancer patients and heroes; doctors, nurses, attendants, relatives, and the community together to raise awareness of the challenges faced by cancer survivors, including celebrating life. Also to encourage diagnosed patients, who are in treatment that there is hope and to encourage the importance of getting early and correct treatment. The journey of cancer is not easy and when you cross or finish treatment and become a Hero it is something to celebrate and really thanking God.
