About Us
Shujaa Cancer Foundation (SCF) is a non –government and not for profit making organization officially registered in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania that aspires to improve the quality of lives of cancer survivors who are in the transition from active treatment to life after treatment.
SHUJAA is a swahili word which means ‘Warrior’.
The organization focuses on improving the quality lives of cancer survivors who are in the transition from active treatment to life after treatment, hence elevating cancer survivorship in Tanzania. The services provided would be mainly for the reproductive cancers survivors who have completed their active treatment and who are going through individual concerns and challenges.
This organization is made up by team of survivors, doctors and advocates.
